  1. That’s cool. Thanks for this post. I never thought BPI would give such great offer like this. Well, giving 5 times the amount of money that will be deposited is a big savings!

    1. Hi dianne! yeah it is cool! πŸ™‚ i mean, i used to be worried about paying the premium since you have to maintain that annually to get a separate insurance policy. at least, this one gets you to save and at the same time, gets you insured… πŸ™‚

  2. yup bessy… bukod sa auto deduct cya. pwede ka din mag immediate funds transfer kung may excess kang money from your BPIdirect account.

      1. ahhh.. ako kasi walang payroll account. ^_^. hahahaha!

BDO, LANDBANK, METROBANL at BPI

          1. actually pwede cya!!!.. kaso may extra pay per transaction. dati daw 100 now magiging 50. But mas ok sana kung free…

  3. Hmmm…I wonder what’s the APR? Invest in mutual funds and here’s one…Fidelity ContraFund symbol (FCNTX). You can also invest in high yield dividend stocks like Annaly Capital Management Inc C (NLY) and American Capital Agency Corp (AGNC)
    NLY Yield: 14%
    AGNC Yield: 18.8%
Lot better compare to CD and Savings Account. Be aggressive in your investment because you’re young.

    1. hello again jj! This one is just for beginners in saving money. I cannot invest aggressively if there is nothing to invest, to begin with. πŸ™‚ I will make note of these things you have mentioned when the time comes that I have already amassed or saved enough to invest. πŸ˜€ thanks for your suggestions!

  4. I just started saving up na din but since our payroll is not under BPI I opened an account in another bank. Mganda sana to,.. sapilitang savings!!! hehehe

  5. Hi, I just had my own save-up account and I’m quite confused, if I’ll enroll it with a separate EOL or they will automatically make one for me, can you elaborate on this matter. Thank you. I love your review by the way, πŸ™‚ It made me realize that I really made the right choice on this one πŸ™‚ Kudos.

  6. hello po ate Helen, when I Link po ba my BPI Direct Savings Account sa BPI Direct Save-Up? magkakaroon po ba ako ng maintaining balance? ang magbabago po ba ung Required Monthly ADB ko po?

  7. Hi helen thank you for having this post.. Got a few questions in mind kasi kakastart q lang sa bpi save up..tuwing kelan aq pede magtransfer? Basta may laman n b ung save up q pede ko n transfer sa main? Any time? Natatransfer b sya agad?tpos kelangan q b magtira ng certain amt sa save up pra hnd mgclose?thank you

    1. Hi Aye! Naku so sorry to hear about what happened.

  9. Pwede bang bagu-baguhin ung amount na itatransfer sa direct save-up? example, for 3 months, tig 3k lang, then gsto mo gawing mas malaki after 3 months? thanks!

  10. Hi.
pano po ung manual na pagenrol via EOL? enrol New Account, then what to choose?
if undelivered ung InfoCard, can you request for a new one?
    thanksalot πŸ™‚
hope to hear from you soon..

    1. Hello Diego so sorry ngayon lang ako nakareply. Ang dami kasing nangyayari lately. πŸ™ Enroll new account, tama tapos pipiliin mo anong klase yung account mo (savings?) I think may choices naman. Pagclick mo nun may option ka magtingin ng debit at credit transactions mo for a specific period. Tapos yung sa InfoCard, I believe better if pumunta ka na sa branch mo ask mo bakit nawala. May case akong alam nawala card tapos GINAGAMIT ng iba two years na pero hindi yun sa BPI ha. Just to be safe since uso identity theft, go ka sa bank for inquiry sa card.
